If your card is expiring

If the card for your monthly donation is expiring or expired, please:

  1. Set up a new monthly donation using your new credit or debit card.
  2. Contact us and we can cancel the old monthly donation so that you receive no more emails about the expired payment card. (Don’t worry, you will not be charged twice even if you do not contact us. The reminder emails will eventually stop automatically too.)

Changing your monthly contribution level

When you set up a monthly donation, you will have chosen one of three levels of contribution: Young Oak, Majestic Oak, or Legendary Oak. If you wish to change your contribution level, for example because your financial situation has changed, please contact us and we can do this for you.

Cancelling your monthly contribution

If you wish to cancel your contribution for any reason, please contract us and we will process the cancellation for you.
